Repairs Planner (Temp to Perm) Location: Ealing (Office-Based) Pay Rate: £16.91 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading repairs and maintenance contractor for an experienced Repairs Planner to join their busy team based in Ealing. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in scheduling within a fast-paced environment.

The Role: As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repair works, ensuring operatives are efficiently allocated, and maintaining excellent communication with tenants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and planning repair and maintenance appointments Allocating jobs to operatives based on location, skillset, and priority Managing diaries and ensuring maximum productivity Liaising with tenants, clients, and operatives to provide updates Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Updating internal systems with accurate job informationRequirements:
