Your work will help ensure investment plans are delivered efficiently, within agreed timescales, and to allocated budgets. The postholder will oversee contract governance processes for the Asset Investment Partnership, ensuring the compliant delivery of investment programmes in line with Clarion’s objectives. The role includes processing financial and administrative tasks efficiently within agreed service levels, keeping customers informed of progress and completion. It also involves monitoring team communications for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are managed and signposted in line with service standards. By analysing financial and performance information, the postholder will identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service improvement, while supporting improvement projects across regions to drive consistent and effective performance.The ideal candidate will have experience in contract governance and financial or performance analysis, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are required. The role also requires excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.Please review the full and before applying.
