Pizza Chef Thursday to Monday Location : Leicestershire Hours : Full-time, 5 days/week (Thursday to Monday) Salary : £13£15 per hour (depending on experience) Start Date : ASAP Join the Kitchen Craft Pizzas with Passion I'm on the hunt for a talented Pizza Chef to join a friendly kitchen team in the heart of Leicestershire. Youll be working with fresh dough, top-quality ingredients, and either a traditional wood-fired or modern deck oven (depending on the setup). This role is ideal for someone with a passion for artisan pizza and a desire to take real pride in their food. You'll work Thursday through Monday , giving you a consistent weekday/weekend schedule. ?? Responsibilities Prepare and stretch fresh pizza dough daily

Cook pizzas to perfection using a wood-fired or electric oven

Manage prep and kitchen setup for each shift

Maintain hygiene standards and follow food safety procedures

Assist in stock control and ingredient ordering

Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service smooth

Bring ideas to the table for specials and seasonal pizza recipes

????? Requirements Previous experience as a pizza chef or in a similar kitchen role

Confident in dough prep and oven cooking (wood-fired experience a bonus!)

Able to work efficiently during busy shifts

Food hygiene Level 2 (preferred, or willing to train)

Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about great food
