Whats Your Story? Youre passionate about pizza and proud of your craft. Youll thrive in this Pizza Chef role if you bring:
Proven experience making pizza in a high-volume kitchen or pizzeria
Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation, shaping, and oven techniques
Confidence working independently and as part of a brigade
Strong understanding of food safety, portion control and allergen procedures
Creativity in combining classic and contemporary flavour profiles
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
A collaborative, can-do attitude and great communication skills
