Pipelayer / Groundworker - Drainage Works (CIS)
Location: Sizewell Link Road & Two Valley Bypass Start Date: From 8th June 2026 Duration: Long‑term
We are seeking an experienced Pipelayer / Groundworker to join drainage gangs on two major infrastructure schemes commencing June 2026.
Role Responsibilities
Setting out and maintaining correct line and level using lasers and dumpy levels Laying drainage pipes to the correct gradient and specification Jointing pipes including concrete, plastic, and clay Working within trenches up to 3.0m depth where required Assisting with manhole bases, benching, and connections Working safely within confined spaces and supported excavations
Requirements
Proven experience in drainage works on highways or civil projects Confined Spaces training (essential) Strong understanding of levels, falls, and gradients CSCS card Ability to work as part of a productive gangIf you are already in a drainage gang, or you would like to join this team, please apply below or contact Kayleigh for more details, contact details can be found in the profile section
