An opportunity has arisen for a Primary Care Physiotherapist to join a friendly GP practice team on a fixed-term basis from January 2026 to March 2026 . This role is ideal for an experienced physiotherapist who enjoys working autonomously in primary care and supporting patients at the first point of contact. You will be based in a primary care setting, working across three set days each week and using SystmOne to document and manage clinical activity. The post is well suited to someone confident in managing a varied musculoskeletal and primary care caseload. Key responsibilities Assess, triage and manage patients presenting with musculoskeletal and other primary care conditions

Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and self-management advice

Work autonomously while contributing to a wider multidisciplinary team within primary care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records on SystmOne

Support continuity of care and promote patient-centred, holistic management
