Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (depending on experience)

A high-achieving secondary school in Aylesbury is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join their dynamic Science department from January 2026. This role will involve teaching Physics at KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of teaching A-Level Physics for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Physics across KS3 and KS4.

Plan and assess lessons in accordance with national curriculum requirements.

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN and EAL.

Provide targeted support to students preparing for GCSE exams.

Contribute to extracurricular activities such as science clubs, trips, and competitions.

Requirements:

QTS and experience teaching Physics at secondary level.

Strong subject knowledge and passion for Physics.

Ability to inspire and engage students with the subject.

Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
