Field Service Technician - Multi-Functional Devices (Copier/MFD)
Location: Leicestershire
Requirements: Full clean UK driving license essential

Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience in servicing and networking Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs)? We're looking for a proactive technician to join a well-established service team supporting clients across Leicestershire

What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to service calls promptly and professionally, diagnosing and resolving technical faults
Installing and networking MFDs at customer sites, ensuring full functionality and client satisfaction
Providing user training and guidance to help customers maximise device capabilities
Completing repairs safely and in line with manufacturer and H&S standards
Maintaining accurate service records and using tech tools (tablet/laptop) to enhance service delivery
Managing car/walking stock to required levels
Supporting other service teams when needed and contributing to team meetings
Participating in ongoing training and development, including online modules and occasional residential courses
