The Role | Phonics Lead
- Oversee and deliver high-quality phonics teaching across Key Stage 1.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to staff to ensure consistent phonics practice.
- Monitor pupil progress, analyse data, and implement targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a whole-school approach to early reading.
- Lead and coordinate phonics assessments and reporting.
- Supportive and inclusive school community with strong leadership.
- Excellent resources and well-equipped classrooms.

- Experience teaching phonics and early literacy across Key Stage 1.

Salary: £40,317-£62,496(Inner London)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
