Prospectus is excited to be working with our client to help them recruit a Philanthropy Manager to join their Partnerships team. The foundation is an independent, non-profit charitable organisation working in partnership with various organisations from the private, public, and NGO sectors. Established in 1996 by the internet industry, it provides an internet Hotline for reporting potentially criminal online content and acts as the 'notice and takedown' body for this content. The organisation's mission is to eliminate child sexual abuse imagery online, prevent victimisation of children, and make the internet safer for all.
Role Details
- Type: Permanent, full-time
- Salary: £52,500 per annum
- Location: Hybrid/remote working model between home and Cambridge office
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-value relationships with major donors, trusts, and foundations
- Drive income to support global child protection efforts
- Shape a culture of excellence within the team
- Manage and mentor the Partnership Officer – Philanthropy
Candidate Profile
- Experience in philanthropy management with high net-worth individuals, family trusts, and foundations
- Proven track record of securing and managing significant donations (five and six figures)
- Experience engaging with major donors, presenting, and briefing senior colleagues
- Interest or experience in the child protection or non-profit sector
