This is a demanding role; you'll be working in a challenging environment with people who have complex needs and who can be reluctant to engage. But when you help someone break the cycle and you see them take real steps toward transforming their life, its a great feeling. About the Role: You will support a caseload of service users that may have been previously released from prison, on a suspended sentence or on community orders. Based out of local probation offices you will be working collaboratively with pre-release teams, probation and other internal departments to support them on their journey. You will need to be able to juggle multiple individuals at once, ensuring each person gets the support they need, while keeping meticulous records...
