Your responsibilities as the Personal Tax Senior Manager will include: Managing, developing, and expanding the personal tax team, including recruiting and coaching team members. Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering trusted advisory services. Playing an active role in business development and networking within the local marketplace to expand the firms client base. Supporting the senior leadership team in delivering strategic objectives for the tax practice. Acting as a mentor and leader, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
