Personal Tax Manager responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring all compliance deadlines are met while identifying complex planning and advisory opportunities.
Act as a technical lead on advisory projects, including inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax advice, and residency issues.
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development and CTA qualification journey.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a bespoke, high-level service.
As the successful candidate you will
Be CTA or ACA Qualified with significant experience in a personal tax-focused role within public practice.
Demonstrate a proven track record of managing a client portfolio and delivering complex tax advice.
Possess strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax legislation and experience with tax software.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a small team.
