Job Opportunity: Solicitor / Associate Solicitor - Disease Team

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

Join a leading personal injury firm's Disease Team, supporting individuals affected by work-related lung and respiratory conditions. This role offers a mix of pre-litigation and litigation work and the chance to make a real impact.

Role Requirements:

- Manage your own caseload and collaborate with the team

- Support court work and liaise with medical experts

- Draft legal documents and assist with court appearances

- Contribute to training and mentoring of trainees

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year PQE

- Litigation experience, ideally in personal injury or similar cases

- Disease case experience beneficial but not essential

Skills:

- Organisational and case management abilities

- Effective communication and team collaboration
