Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to run an existing caseload made up of employers' liability and public liability (EL/PL) claims plus occupiers liability and RTA matters. Your other responsibilities will include:

financial management of cases and archiving. taking responsibility for personal development and CPD training requirements. keeping up to date with developments in law and procedure. supervision of a Paralegal, depending on your level of experience.
