Personal Injury Solicitor (2-5 years') – Edinburgh A leading Scottish disputes practice is seeking a senior Solicitor (2-5 years' PQE) to join its high-performing Insurance Liability team in Edinburgh. This role offers exposure to high-quality defender personal injury work acting for insurers, corporates and public sector clients across Scotland. The Role You will:

Manage your own caseload of defender personal injury matters Handle motor, employer's liability and public liability claims Conduct litigation in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session Assist on complex, high-value and fatal claims Provide strategic pre-action advice to insurer clients Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development

The work goes beyond volume claims and includes technically challenging and higher-value matters. About You:

2-5years' PQE with strong defender personal injury experience Confident running cases independently Solid drafting skills and understanding of Scottish court procedure Commercial, organised and comfortable working to client SLAs Ambitious and keen to develop within a respected insurance disputes practice
