They are seeking aPersonal Injury Solicitor with a passion for claimant work and a keen interest in Clinical Negligence to join their dedicated team. What youll be doing Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence, RTA, and Personal Injury claims from instruction to settlement Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss, and witness statements Instructing and analysing medical reports Negotiating settlements with defendants and insurers Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the litigation process Ensuring compliance with protocols, limitation deadlines, and procedural requirements What were looking for Minimum 6 months PQE experience handling RTA, PI, or Clinical Negligence casework Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills Ability to manage cases independently and achieve positive outcomes for clients Confident working with legal case management systems and digital files Whats in it for you Excellent progression and development opportunities Hybrid working (2 days in office) Supportive and collaborative team culture Modern, well-located office facilities 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays Regular training and professional development support If youre passionate about achieving justice for clients and want to grow with a firm that values expertise, compassion, and integrity
