About the role The Litigation Department is a busy and motivated team of nine experienced fee earners and support staff who manage a broad spectrum of good quality civil litigation matters. Working directly with the Head of Litigation, you will be working with some or full independence (depending upon your level of experience) managing a caseload of MOJ Portal, higher value Fast Track and Intermediate Track claims.
