Here at Bournemouth & Poole College, we have 2positions available forPersonal Development Tutors on a full time, permanent basis (37 hours). In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,493.26 -£25,302.22 (including holiday uplift) FTE £28,128 - £29,057.

The Personal Development TutorRole:

As our Personal Development Tutor, you will facilitate the cross college Personal Development Tutorial Programme (BPC Grow) and to provide ongoing support to students to promote their achievement across all aspects of the study programme, so they can succeed both in college and beyond.

To help students develop the skills, values, and behaviours that prepare them for adulthood, employment, and life outside education.

To ensure the highest quality learning experience for all students, aligned to a responsive personal development programme that meets and anticipates current and future needs of our learning community.
