Job Opportunity: Team Assistant (Contract Role)
Location: Central London (Fully Onsite – 5 days/week) Contract Period: 8th September to 10th November 2025 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We’re currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to join a dynamic front office environment within the financial sector. This is a short-term contract role ideal for someone with prior experience in administrative support and a keen interest in working across departments.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to front office teams including Research, Trading, Marketing, and senior leadership. Organise logistics for meetings and roadshows (travel, accommodation, dining). Assist with large meetings and marketing events (may require early starts or late finishes). Manage diaries, book rooms, and coordinate catering and video calls. Handle expense submissions and general office administration. Support HR with interview scheduling and assist other assistants as needed. Perform ad-hoc tasks including personal errands for senior management.
