About the Role

A leading international executive leadership firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a senior Partner. This is a newly created role offering far more than traditional PA duties—you’ll gain hands-on exposure to client engagement, business development, and programme delivery across a global client base.


You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team working with top business leaders worldwide, with exciting projects in the pipeline.

Responsibiities:


  • Complex diary management
  • Researching profiles and preparing briefing material
  • Coordinating engagements with UK & US clients
  • Supporting client onboarding and relationship management
  • Tracking client activity and updating the Partner
  • Handling contracts, invoices, and administrative processes
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and research
  • Supporting client events and programme delivery
  • Coordinating logistics and compiling participant materials
  • Assisting with pipeline tracking and reporting


What We’re Looking For


  • Previous PA or strong administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder awareness
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused


Salary £49,250 plus great benefits.


3 days in the office, 2 from home.
