Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a well-established organisation in Rotherham to appoint a Personal Assistant to support senior leaders within a busy and collaborative environment. This role offers genuine long-term progression and would suit either an experienced PA or a strong Senior Administrator ready to step up into a full PA position. The Opportunity This is a varied and fast-paced role where organisation, discretion, and a proactive mindset are key. Industry background is not essential - our client is focused on finding the right person fit to join their supportive, team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities as a Personal Assistant Provide comprehensive PA support to senior managers and leadership team Manage complex diaries, meetings, and scheduling Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries Prepare documents, reports, and presentations Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Support with general administration and coordination tasks Help drive smooth day-to-day operations for the leadership team About You Previous PA, Senior Administrator, or strong administrative experience
