Job Title: Work Authorisation – Permit to Work Officer Location: Hinkley Point C (HPC) Site Reporting To: HPC Permit Office Manager Job Purpose / Overview: Spencer Ogden has an excellent 6 month (rolling) contrtact starting ASAP at Hinkley Point C. You are responsilble to issue, cancel, and suspend Work Authorisations and Construction Permits to Work through the P2W system. The role ensures safe coordination of construction activities across the HPC site. Working Context: * HPC is a highly regulated and complex construction environment. * NNB GenCo is the principal contractor. * The Permit Officer will interface closely with Tier 1 and 2 contractors and other stakeholders to maintain control over work activities. Principal Responsibilities: * Verify and process work authorisation requests and associated documentation (RAMS). * Issue permits in a timely and coordinated manner. * Engage with Construction, Safety, and Technical teams. * Conduct assurance and compliance monitoring on site. * Report non-compliances and good practices. * Contribute to performance/KPI reports. * Support procedure updates and communication flows.
