Boden Group are currently recruiting for a Permit Coordinator based in Kings Cross on a Fixed term Contract (6 months minimum, could be extended)

The purpose of this role is to ensure the safe completion of programme planned works for all parties working within the building whilst ensuring the Client’s normal operations are not affected.

Salary - 50k pro rata

This role is due to start as soon as possible, duties listed below.

* Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and controlled manner to maintain operational systems, processes, and best practice.

* Review and approval of RAMS and Permit Requests Applications.

* Responsible for the master works monitoring tracker.

* Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

* Ensure all Trade Contractors complete the required legal documents and help ensure the organization remains compliant.

* Regular auditing of the permit control to ensure the safe system of work are followed to a high standard and for compliance.

* Perform quality controls and monitor production.

* Maintain constant communications with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.

* Review and manage the key lockers and distribution of keys

* Provide reports as required.

* Assist with transferring of spaces to CAT B Fit out team utilising company procedures and documentation.
