Champion outstanding pupil outcomes, ensuring high-quality teaching, meaningful therapeutic integration, and a curriculum that enables every young person to succeed. Lead with confidence through inspection and compliance, maintaining excellence against Independent Special School and Ofsted standards. Drive sustainable school performance, overseeing admissions, occupancy, and financial management to secure long-term stability. Lead strategic improvement, using data, reflection, and clear planning to deliver measurable progress. Embed a shared vision, aligning the school community with Outcomes First Group s mission to improve lives through education. A Full UK Driving Licence A degree in a relevant field Strong understanding of education legislation and special education frameworks Confidence in leading schools through Ofsted frameworks and inspection readiness Bramfield House School is an independent special educational needs school for boys aged 7 16 years who have social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties and associated challenging behaviours, located in rural Suffolk.
