About the Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to turn clicks into customers and customers into superfans. You’ll work across fast-moving ecommerce brands, owning strategy, optimisation and testing across PPC and Paid Social . If you love a blend of data, creativity, and real commercial impact — you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do Plan, launch and optimise PPC & Paid Social campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok (nice-to-have) Build testing frameworks for creatives, audiences and bidding strategies Analyse performance and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations Work closely with ecommerce clients to understand goals, challenges and growth opportunities Collaborate with creative teams to produce ads that stop thumbs and drive conversions Own client comms, reporting and performance reviews Identify new channels, tactics and ideas to keep campaigns ahead of the curve ...
