Performance Marketing Manager

Our client is growing quickly and strengthening its digital capability, creating an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager to shape the next phase of their online acquisition strategy. You’ll join a forward-thinking organisation that helps people improve their health through accessible, sustainable meal solutions. The Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of paid digital acquisition across Google, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, scale efficiently, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Role Highlights
– Manage day-to-day delivery of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, DemandGen and Meta campaigns
– Optimise activity to achieve CPA, ROAS and LTV targets
– Lead structured A/B testing across creatives, targeting, bidding and landing pages
– Use analytics to uncover insights and refine campaign direction
– Collaborate with ecommerce to strengthen landing page performance and alignment
You Will Need
– Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta and Microsoft platforms
– Strong understanding of GA4 and GTM
– A track record of achieving acquisition and revenue goals
– Confidence analysing data and presenting actions to senior stakeholders
– Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns at pace
