Performance Analyst

Description As a Performance Analyst, you will work with the contract helping to ensure that we are running at our operational optimum. Working with the back office and operations team, you will extract and translate data from a variety of sources; enabling and supporting the team to make informed decisions to guide business improvement and efficiency. This role will enable data driven decisions, supporting us to reach our performance obligations on the contract. Key Responsibilities We are looking for someone to extract and translate data to identify areas of improvements and concerns in our operational contracts; supporting the provision of appropriate strategies of business improvement We are looking for someone to identify trends within our performance and lead small projects to tackle and resolve issues We are looking for someone to work side by side with our Head of Program and Performance to ensure our operational teams are provided with the data to drive contract productivity.
