Location Healix Group, Healix House, Esher Green About The Role We are looking for a People Partner to join our People Team as a strategic, influential, and hands‑on HR generalist who will help shape the future of our organisation as we continue to grow globally. This role combines operational HR expertise with strategic thinking, commercial insight, and a passion for improving the employee experience. What You'll Do
Provide guidance to people leaders on HR policies, employee relations and effective team performance. Coach managers to build strong, engaged and high‑performing teams. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and positive leadership. Manage complex ER cases including performance, disciplinary, capability, grievances and absence. Conduct thorough investigations and ensure fair, consistent and compliant processes. Support conflict resolution and mediation. Lead and support restructures, TUPE transfers, process change and transformation initiatives. Support communication, engagement and integration during periods of change. Guide leaders through change management strategies. Lead and implement wellbeing and engagement initiatives. Act as key point of contact for employees seeking wellbeing support. Measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. Develop and review People policies ensuring compliance, clarity and best practice. Collaborate with Group HR on global policy alignment. Advise leaders on employment legislation and risks. Conduct HR process audits and recommend improvements. Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities. Design and deliver training on HR processes, compliance and leadership. Lead visa and immigration processes. Produce people metrics and reports. Ensure accurate processing of people changes.
Qualifications
Experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role. Strong background in employee relations, performance and absence management. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and global employment environments. Understanding of visa and immigration processes. Ability to influence senior stakeholders with commercial insight. Experience delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives. Analytical mindset with HR reporting experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage varied workload and deliver to timeframes. CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
