About the Role As People Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team. You'll drive continuous improvement, support recruitment and payroll processes, and ensure HR systems and data are accurate and effective. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, line managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and engaging employee experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery of people services, including managing Sage People (HRIS)
Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll in collaboration with the People Team Executive
Oversee recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers and ensuring onboarding compliance
