Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of 4 HR and onboarding administrators, ensuring workloads are well-managed and service levels are met. Oversee onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience. Manage employee lifecycle changes including contracts, leavers, and internal moves. Own the preparation and submission of monthly payroll data, liaising with external providers and internal finance teams. Monitor and manage the HR ticketing system, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and accurately. Drive quality and compliance across all HR processes, embedding best practices and reducing errors. Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance operational delivery. About You: Proven experience supervising or leading HR administration teams.
