People Engagement and Events Coordinator

We are looking for a Charismatic and creative People Engagement and Events Coordinator to enhance employee and Students experience and foster a positive workplace culture. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering engaging internal events, initiatives, and programs that boost morale, strengthen team connections, and align with company values. Key Responsibilities Employee/ Student Engagement Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee / Student engagement and satisfaction Support employee/ Student recognition programs and culture-building activities Gather feedback through surveys and engagement tools and provide actionable insights Partner with HR and leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Events Coordination Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events (e.g., team-building activities, town halls, celebrations, workshops) Manage event logistics including venue, catering, communications, and budgets Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery Evaluate event success and continuously improve future initiatives
