ABOUT US
Williams, Stanley & Co. is not your average accountancy firm. We’re a specialist team built by operators, for operators - providing finance that actually helps hospitality businesses grow, adapt, and thrive.
From scaling restaurant groups to supporting local independents, we operate as embedded finance partners, combining commercial clarity with sector-specific knowledge. Our teams work across London, the Philippines, Dubai, and South Africa — all connected by a shared obsession with quality, pace, and impact.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a smart, organised, people-first People & Culture Coordinator to help us build a stronger, faster, more human people function. This role isn’t just about admin or process - it’s about improving how we hire, onboard, retain and recognise great people across the business.
You’ll work directly with the Group People Director to drive recruitment delivery, strengthen our internal culture, and own critical people operations. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring every WS&Co team member - wherever they’re based - feels engaged, equipped, and valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Recruitment Delivery & Talent Pipeline
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across key roles (including sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling).
- Build job briefs with hiring managers and write compelling job ads that reflect our tone and values.
- Actively manage our ATS, ensuring data hygiene and clear tracking on time-to-hire, pipeline health, and drop-off.
- Maintain a live talent bench for frequently hired roles.
2. Onboarding & Off-boarding
- Ensure every new hire has a first-class onboarding experience — from tech to welcome comms.
- Train hiring managers on onboarding and probation best practice.
- Own the off-boarding process, including knowledge handovers and exit feedback loops.
3. Referral Scheme Ownership
- Relaunch and manage our employee referral programme, keeping it simple, visible and well-rewarded.
- Track referrals and ensure prompt recognition or rewards for successful hires.
4. Culture & Engagement Initiatives
- Support our company culture by helping roll out values-led initiatives across all locations.
- Coordinate quarterly engagement surveys and follow-up actions.
- Help embed feedback, recognition, and team rituals that reflect our tone and operating rhythm.
5. Team Events & Internal Comms
- Plan and deliver team events (on-site and virtual), from off-sites to internal celebrations.
- Own the central people calendar, working with ops and finance to keep things aligned and on-budget.
- Gather feedback after each event and iterate based on what’s working.
6. Equipment & Systems Coordination
- Track all employee equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and work closely with Finance to maintain audit-ready records.
- Support the business in ensuring that everyone’s equipment is fit for purpose and we understand that the key tool they have is the tech we give them.
- Ensure leavers return equipment in a timely way and troubleshoot logistical needs for remote or hybrid teams.
7. Incentives & Recognition Programmes
(Additional Ownership Opportunity)
- Support the rollout of wellness, recognition, and engagement incentives.
- Monitor uptake and impact and bring ideas on how we can make these even better.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Membership on our Employee Recognition platform YuLife- with numerous free perks and access to counselling services and training providers
