Job Description

We’re looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to further shape and deliver the people agenda for the UK business. Reporting to the CPO you’ll be the go-to P&C partner for the market, working closely with senior leaders to drive performance, build capability, and create a high-impact, engaging culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities
  • Driving talent initiatives from hiring and workforce planning through to succession and leadership development
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and organisational challenges
  • Embedding a strong performance culture through coaching and effective performance management
  • Championing culture and engagement, using insight and data to continuously improve the employee experience
  • Translating global people strategy into meaningful, local impact


What we’re looking for

  • A proven HR Business Partner with experience in fast-paced, complex environments ideally from Real Estate.
  • Strong generalist expertise across talent, ER, performance, and development
  • Commercially astute, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a global, multi-country environment
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, with a passion for driving impact
