Role: People Change Consultant Duration: 6+ months contract (Extendable) Location: Osterley (Hybrid)

What you’ll do: Work alongside the People Partners, focusing on delivering the critical change initiatives which drive business strategy Lead people change projects and solutions to enable business outcomes Support business leaders with organisational change and business unit design, being responsible for the delivery of the change process Ensure the effective application of People procedures and policies, providing guidance for the business, to ensure there is integrity in all our people decisions Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change and identifying any potential risk Develop and deliver fit for purpose analysis, recommendations, presentations and other project outputs Work in the People Change delivery team to deliver a programme of work across the Group, working closely with the People Coordination, Legal, HR Tech and Recruitment teams.
