This is a key role focused on supporting managers and employees across a busy and customer-focused environment, ensuring employee relations matters are handled with professionalism, consistency and care . This opportunity would suit an HR professional with strong ER case management experience , a sound understanding of employment law , and the confidence to work closely with line managers in a fast-paced operational setting.
