Job Title: People Business Partner

Salary: c£45-50k DOE + bonus + benefits

Location: Glasgow (hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Are you an experienced People professional with a passion for the outdoors who loves a fast pace, building and executing creative solutions who can hit the ground running to make a positive impact on people and business?

Working internationally and reporting to Alison Lapping, People Director, you’ll enable the scaling journey by delivering effective people operations and partner with leaders of all levels to execute people strategies that improves performance, capability and colleague experience.

This is a rare opportunity for a confident and proactive People Business Partner to make an impact in our scaling business at an exciting time in our growth journey.

Macs Adventure exists to create “Macs Moments” through self-guided active travel, and we need stunning people who share our purpose to help us deliver these outstanding walking and cycling experiences!
