HR Business Partner – Facilities Management (NHS Contract) Location: Ideally based near Stoke or Bolton (covering 8 NHS sites) Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + £390/month car allowance + BUPA healthcare Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible working available) About the Role Global FM is looking for an experienced and confident HR Business Partner to support a key NHS contract across a portfolio of 8 healthcare sites. This is a mobile role where you’ll be expected to be present at sites or Global FM offices (Stoke or Bolton) at least 3 days per week, with flexibility offered for the rest. You’ll act as a trusted HR lead and business partner to site leadership teams, helping shape culture, manage complex employee relations, drive people-focused solutions, and support ongoing restructures and transformation programmes. Key Responsibilities
* Lead on complex ER cases, safeguarding matters, and escalations
* Provide coaching and support to line managers on people matters
* Support and lead restructures, team reshaping, and workforce planning
* Deliver HR insights that help shape workforce strategy across the sites
* Develop and implement action plans to improve engagement and performance
* Collaborate with soft services teams (cleaning, catering, portering, security)
