About The Role The post holder will be supporting the Project Coordinator to deliver the My Health Matters project in Salford. You will facilitate the delivery of the Homeless Health Peer Advocacy by coordinating a team of lived experience peer advocates to deliver 1-2-1 advocacy style support to those experiencing homelessness in Salford.
