PE Teacher – Full Time (Summer Term) Location: Poole Start Date: After Easter Holidays
We are currently working in partnership with a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Poole to recruit a talented and committed PE Teacher for a full-time position starting after the Easter break and running through the summer term.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school with a strong reputation for both academic achievement and student wellbeing. The PE department is well-established, supportive, and plays a key role in the wider school community. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a passion for physical activity and healthy lifestyles among students.
The school is keen to secure a teacher who can make an immediate impact and contribute positively to the department. There is potential for this role to become permanent from September for the right individual, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a longer-term position.
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least one year of teaching experience within a secondary school setting Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Be confident teaching a broad PE curriculum Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills Be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting students of all abilities In return, you will be joining a welcoming and forward-thinking school with a strong leadership team and a positive working environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
