PDI Engineer (Powered Access)

Tottenham

£30,000 - £40,000 + Ongoing Training + Days Based + Workshop Based + CAP Training + Bonus + 1.5x Overtime

Are you a PDI Engineer or Service Engineer looking to step into a new role with a market leading Plant and Powered Access supplier who offer CAP training to become a CAP qualified Engineer with opportunities to boost your income through 1.5x overtime pay and annual bonus?

With 45 years of experience this established company has kept projects moving across London supporting Construction and M&E projects with high-quality Plant and Power Access equipment. With continued growth since their establishment, this is an exciting opportunity to join their extensive workshop team that really values progression and training into qualified CAP engineers.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out all duties within a workshop environment, with a strong focus on the installation of attachments to machinery. You will undertake pre-delivery inspections alongside completing basic welding tasks, electrical installations and attachments to machinery. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to ensure all machinery meets quality and safety expectations before dispatch.

This role would suit a Service Engineer/PDI Engineer with experience from the Plant, Powered Access, Commercial or Vehicle industries looking to join an established and growing company offering ongoing training and progression.

The Role:

Installing attachments on Plant and Powered Access equipment PDI's of machinery Occasional overtime (1.5x) (2x Sundays) Days Based at a workshop (7am-5pm) Company Christmas Bonus Full CAP training to become CAP qualified

The Person:

Service Engineer Plant, Commercial, Powered Access or Motor Vehicle servicing experience Happy to commute to depot in Tottenham
