Role Overview As a PCO Owner Car Driver, you will use your own PCO-licensed vehicle to safely transport:
Children and young people with SEN to and from school
Elderly passengers who require safe, reliable community transport
You will ensure all passengers experience a comfortable, safe, and supportive journey.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport passengers (SEN and elderly) to their destinations
Maintain a clean, roadworthy PCO-licensed vehicle
Provide patient, respectful, and professional customer service
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, schools, and coordinators
Prioritise passenger safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times
Follow safeguarding and duty-of-care standards
Requirements Valid PCO licence
Your own PCO-licensed vehicle
Must be based in or near Wembley
Right to work in the UK
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, caring, and reliable demeanour
