MERITUS Talent are working with one of Europe's leading defence manufacturers for the recruitment of a PCB Development Manager to join their Stevenage office on a 12 month contract basis. The role is hybrid, working 2 to 3 days a week, and is paying up to £80 per hour via Umbrella. Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive PCB Development Manager to join the Governance Team , supporting the definition and execution of sourcing strategies for prototype and production hardware. This role is pivotal in delivering hardware solutions to tight development timelines and ensuring a smooth transition into series production. You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and supplier teams to manage the full lifecycle of PCB-A activities, from early engagement to delivery and reporting. Manage PCB-A activities through project planning and delivery within agreed timelines
Coordinate closely with customers, internal teams (design, procurement, manufacturing), and suppliers to capture and refine requirements
