The Role We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you will: • Conduct descriptive functional assessments and develop behaviour support plans. • Work alongside individuals, families, and staff to implement effective PBS interventions. • Mentor and coach support teams to deliver proactive, consistent care. • Analyse behavioural data to evaluate progress and improve outcomes. • Help reduce restrictive practices in line with Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) principles. • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals including psychologists, therapists, and social workers.
