I’m currently working on an exciting Paywall & Sales Operations Lead role with a fast-growing creator marketing agency based in Surbiton.

Salary: £28k–£32k + £6k commission (OTE £36k)

Location: 5 days in-office in Surbiton (flexible WFH after probation)

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role sitting at the centre of a high-performing sales & operations team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue performance, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing a remote team (Phillipines) to ensure everything runs efficiently.

• Comfortable managing people, processes, and data
• Strong communicator who can operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally some exposure to operations, sales, or digital/marketing environments
