A well establish business based in the East Belfast/Holywood area require a Payroll & Accounts Assistant to join their team to cover an interim period, are you experienced across key areas of finance and searching for a role where you can start ASAP? The Ideal Person Payroll experience . Previous experience in an accounting or finance role. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Responsibilities Weekly and monthly payroll function. Payroll processing and maintaining related records. Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and reconcile supplier and customer accounts. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end accounts. Support bank reconciliations and cash flow management. Handle queries from suppliers and customers regarding payments and invoices. Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
