About The Role

Working as part of a collaborative team and drawing on your payroll and benefits expertise, you will take on a strategic position that blends hands‑on delivery with meaningful contribution to wider business initiatives. You’ll manage day‑to‑day payroll responsibilities while also supporting a variety of ad hoc projects, including but not limited to:


Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly end to end payroll
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Liaise and support with all aspects of the benefits scheme
  • Prepare monthly payroll journals, reconciliations, audits and other aspects of reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships


Experience And Skills:

  • Experience working within a complex payroll environment is desirable
  • Prior experience within the Financial and/or Professional Services sector
  • Proven experience in UK payroll administration, payroll legislation, PAYE and reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
  • Degree educated (any field) is required and CIPP is highly desirable
