JT Recruit are currently looking for a Payroll Project Support Officer on behalf of our client in Nottingham to assist with the implementation of a new SAP SuccessFactors payroll system. This role will support key project activities such as testing, system rollout, and training, while also helping to maintain effective payroll service delivery.Key Responsibilities Support the payroll workstream in implementing the SAP SuccessFactors system Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel payroll runs Help develop training materials and provide guidance to payroll staff Support Senior Practitioners and the Payroll Manager in overseeing payroll services Provide first-line support and guidance to Payroll Assistants Contribute to change management and system rollout activities Assist in creating and updating policies, procedures, and documentation Work collaboratively with teams across HR, ICT, Finance, and shared services Key Accountabilities Provide payroll expertise to support system implementation and business requirements Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective system use Skills and Experience Strong payroll experience (project experience desirable) SAP knowledge is an advantage Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Experience supporting training and system/process rolloutsThis role can be split 50/50 remote work.To be considered for this role please apply online with an up-to-date CV.JBRP1_UKTJ
