Cedar Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a Local Authority in London with the Recruitment of an Payroll Oracle Fusion Specialist on a hybrid basis. The role is working as an interim basis for a 6 month contract paying £400 per day. The main purpose of the role is help to identify and correct both pay and pensions calculations over a 3 year period with the current Conduct testing of absence-related and other system fixes on behalf of the payroll team. Develop guidance documentation and deliver training to existing payroll staff on testing pay processes and formula issues. Provide advise detailing the findings and recommend solutions. Support the Council's current project lead in automating the existing pay uplift process. Collaborate closely with the payroll team to run live payroll cycles, identify issues, report and test fixes, and communicate all findings to the current systems integrator. Assist in testing all proposed solutions related to reported payroll issues within Oracle Cloud. Ensure that system fixes are thoroughly tested using live data and prepared for final sign-off.
