We are looking for an experiencedPayroll Managerto lead our high-volume payroll operations at Omnia. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing for our contractors, maintain strong relationships with agencies, and drive continuous improvement across the payroll function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end weekly/monthly payroll cyclesEnsure PAYE, NI, pensions, holiday pay and statutory payments are processed accuratelyMaintain compliance with HMRC, RTI, IR35/off-payroll and umbrella industry standardsLead and support the payroll team, ensuring efficient workflowsProvide expert support on payroll queries for contractors and agency partnersDeliver audits, reconciliations and process improvementsAbout YouStrong experience in UK PAYE payroll (umbrella or bureau preferred)Excellent understanding of HMRC rules, statutory payments, and umbrella payroll processesConfident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentCIPP qualification desirableExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsIf you're an organised, detail-driven payroll professional ready to take the lead in a growing umbrella business, wed love to hear from youJBRP1_UKTJ
